What excites you the most about your profession?

One thing that is most exciting about my profession is that every day is a new learning day. We are building a “new” sector and it is a great feeling to be part of something greater than oneself. Although I work with a set protocols, my daily routine is never identical.

What is your greatest accomplishment as Assistant Manager Operations?

There is not one great accomplishment but a succession of small but important achievements done by the whole team. Those achievements have led the sector to houses broodstock in its optimal conditions.
